SKYFLOW GUIDEYour first answers
Start with a small set of approved documents.
- Ask your administrator for access to your SkyFlow workspace.
- Create or open a knowledge base for a single topic or team.
- Upload a few clear documents and wait for processing to finish.
- Connect the knowledge base to your chat assistant. Your administrator must configure an AI model for generated answers.
- Ask a specific question, then open its source citations and check the answer.
If processing fails, review the document status before asking questions about that file.
SKYFLOW GUIDEDocuments & knowledge
Build a useful collection before adding your entire archive.
Organize policies, reports, spreadsheets, and scanned records by topic. Use descriptive filenames and keep the current version easy to identify.
- Review scans for legibility; OCR quality depends on the source.
- Check that processing completes and the extracted content makes sense.
- Use a small test question to verify important tables and passages.
- Ask your administrator which document formats and size limits your installation supports.
SKYFLOW GUIDEAnswers & citations
Use AI to find information—and the source to verify it.
Ask a focused question, naming the topic or time period when relevant. Open the linked source passage to check whether it supports the answer.
If the answer is incomplete, confirm that the right knowledge base is selected and its files have finished processing. Rephrase the question or add the missing document. AI can make mistakes; review outputs before important decisions.
SKYFLOW GUIDEAssistants & workflows
Give each assistant a clear job.
An assistant can focus on a particular collection of documents. Workflow components let your team design steps such as finding relevant information, preparing a summary, and drafting a response for human review.
Available workflows depend on your installation and configuration. Records responses, case-linkage briefings, and policy checks are examples to scope with SKY AI, not pre-approved automated decisions.
SKYFLOW GUIDETeams & access
Ask your administrator for the right workspace.
Organize knowledge around authorized teams. Before deploying sensitive records, test access using accounts from each department and confirm what each person can view, search, download, or share.
A chat assistant’s selected knowledge bases are not a substitute for checking the installation’s underlying permissions.
SKYFLOW GUIDEChoose your deployment
Match the environment to your organization.
Client-owned server
Install SkyFlow in your environment. Offline operation requires the application, supporting services, embedding model, and a configured local chat model. Prepare and test those components before disconnecting internet access.
Hosted service
Discuss a managed online deployment with SKY AI. Availability, capacity, model providers, support, and data handling are agreed for each deployment.
Government cloud planning
Contact SKY AI to scope an agency-specific environment. Review data classification, approved cloud services and regions, identity, access, audit requirements, retention, and incident procedures with your agency.
No government cloud authorization or compliance certification is represented by this website. A public demonstration is for sample data, not sensitive agency records.
SKYFLOW GUIDEGuided demonstration
Learn the workflow with fictional records.
A guided SkyFlow session can use a fictional city’s policies, budgets, council minutes, and operational records.
- Choose a document collection.
- Ask a question about its contents.
- Review the answer and follow its source citation.
- Compare how an assistant works with a different collection.
Self-service demo access is not available yet. Request a guided demonstration. Do not send confidential records with your request.
